HOW TO BOOK ONLINE
To book online, you will need to:
- Watch the rider briefing video in total (this will be upon your first online booking).
- Enter your full name and date of birth.
- Upload a clear 'passport-style' photo of yourself.
- Provide your address, a valid mobile phone number, and email address.
Your username and password will be sent to you via email. Please store this password in a safe place, as you will require it to log-in to access your information for future bookings.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (legal guardian must be 18+) whilst at the complex; please ensure an adult is registered as a rider or a spectator.
- Your selected guardian/parent for the day MUST sign your waiver upon arrival.
- Your selected parent/guardian MUST remain at the complex with you.
- NO PARENT/GUARDIAN = NO RIDE.
STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED AT THE COMPLEX. WE WILL REFUSE ENTRY.
ENTERING THE FACILITY
- Arrive at HQ (keep to either the right or left lane).
- Drive up to the window to be checked in through our drive-through HQ office.
- Sign your waiver.
- Place your rider wristband on your wrist (please ensure it stays on, as staff will check it throughout the day).
- Staff will advise you to enter the complex and head to the car park area.
